Brewster’s Millions (1985) IMDB rating: 5.80 Plot: Montgomery “Monty” Brewster is a baseball player who has going back and forth from the minors to the majors for nearly 15 years. After getting into a brawl in a bar, he and his friend end up in jail, his team has not only decided not bail him out but to cut him. At his hearing Monty doesn’t know what to do but a man who has been following him for sometime appears in court and offers to pay his bail. Monty assumes that it’s a baseball scout but when they arrive at where they were going, Monty is taken to a law office and informed that he is the sole heir of a man who is one of the richest men in the country, who is also his long lost uncle. His uncle’s last will and testament is that Monty must spend 30 millions dollars in 30 days, if which he accomplishes, he will get 300 million. But at the end of 30 days he must not own anything. He also must not give the money away and must not destroy anything valuable and he also cannot tell anyone why he is spending all this money. He thinks that he’s on his way to doing that but Spike unwittingly invests some of the money and recoups everything that Monty has spent. And he also doesn’t exactly have the support of the lawyers, cause is he fails they take control of the estate and give themselves a healthy fee for ahndling it. And also a lot of people especially the woman he is attracted to, thinks he is jerk.

I highly recommend The Seven Year Itch(1956), even though it is out of your time frame. I would also recommend Peter Sellers comedies like What’s New Pussycat(1965), and After the Fox(1966). Also, you should check out A Thousand Clowns(1965), best Picture nominee starring Jason Robards. It’s a Mad, Mad, Mad Mad World(1966), and A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum(1967). And finally, see Slap Shot(1977), starring Paul Newman, and Kelly’s Heroes(1970), starring Clint Eastwood, and Don Rickles.

I grew up on that movie. Absolutely loved it. The cyborg, the blind sage in the swamp that gets enveloped in quicksand and his clone with the creepy fingernails, the clydesdale, the spider lady and her hourglass of time, but my favorite part is the disappearing castle. That used to keep me on the edge of my seat wondering if they could get to it in time.

I like this girl, we have been knowing each other for two weeks. she confessed to liking me.
keep in mind that we are even dating yet..

now she is causing me stress…i have so much stress already that its hard to take more…

i ended it twice with her, but both times she fought for me.

she holds my hands and kiss me some days, but than she refuses to other days. and says she wants to wait until were dating.

she accuses me of not being supportive of her. because, i didnt join her bank that she works at.

she gets mad at me, when i simply say i dont care if u dance with my friends at the club.

she keeps saying that were not going to date until two months of talking. basically making deadlines for us already.

she wanted to call girls i know, and ask if they slept with me.

she gets mad at when i text while i am with her.

she always tells me to "go make out with other girls." when i told her i am depressed a lot because of family/school.

she makes fun of the fact, that i listen to slow alternative music when i am feeling down. saying "get emo and cut yourself." This was something that i told her in confidential, it was a secret of mine.

she says she wants to whip me and control me. but is mad that i cant be controlled by her.

she says if i kiss before were a couple again she wont talk to me for awhile. Yet, kissing is a mutual decision. and if she kisses me back, i am still in the wrong somehow.

the first week, we had a lot of fun. but now she is just acting like this?

should i end it? i told her i dont want to see her anymore cause, she causes me stress and she said if i end it for the second time. that she will really follow through with it. however, she texted me the next morning acting like nothing ever happened…
