I wrote this tonight to take up some time, do you like it? i named it "the good birds song" its kind of short. The poem symbolizes someone who hears and recognizes gods gentle spirit

The good birds song

The good bird sings its song
gentle wind carries it, far along
into the city and over the hill
a child hears, standing still

do you hear that mother? the child says after
you mean traffic and sounds of peoples laughter?
No, a bird that sings some place far away
I never could hear it until this day

The mother stopped to hear a sound
but a singing bird could not be found
come child we have things to do
The singing bird lys in you

The good child sings the song
gentle wind carries it, far along
