E-40 is a legend in rap. He has been in the game longer than most rappers. Tell Me When To Go isn’t his usual style, but it’s not a bad song by any means. A Bay Bay or Like A Cholo are probably the worst songs I have ever heard in my life.

Professional cleaners were hired but they did a bad job, what can be done?
My boyfriend’s mother hired a professional cleaning service to clean her deceased ex-husband’s house, as it became hers. The house was empty for two years and was poorly taken care of before that. She hired a professional cleaning service and went through all that she wanted done (including floors cleaned before new carpet went down and a clean kitchen).

The walls were cleaned before the painting was done, but once it came time for the carpet to go down my boyfriend’s mother requested for the cleaner to come again and clean the floors (as per verbal agreement) and the kitchen. The floor was only concrete and had tradespeople walking on it everyday and bringing in dust and dirt. My boyfriend’s mother came in after the cleaners said the kitchen was done but when she put her hand to check the stovetop black grease coated her hand so it obviously wasn’t clean. The floors were untouched. The real estate agent was a witness to the situation.

The cleaners are asking for AUD$850 for the job. What can be done? The agreement wasn’t fulfilled and they are asking for a premium price even though a premium job wasn’t performed.

I believe that your best bet would be to speak with your teacher/s and ask them for advice about the subjects that you need to focus on.

You could also speak with any friend/s you have in your class/es and target the material that is likely to surface in tests or exams.

Something like this might be your best approach: You say to your teacher, "I am very concerned about the study time I have lost due to being ill for the past four weeks and I would appreciate your advice about the material that I need to study so that my grades don’t suffer. Would you please help me?"

Keep in mind that each week you know how many hours you are prepared to devote to study. If you know how many subjects that you need to study then you can work out how much time you need to allocate to each one. That might leave some study-hours left over so that you can do some catch-up study. Remember, all anyone can do is their best so don’t allow yourself to be stressed.

Your health is important and it doesn’t help to worry because that doesn’t fix anything.
