you would look really pretty with black hair or like dark red because of your skin color

You look cute as a brunette! I think you should keep it. Besides, dyeing hair could lead to many problems. Maybe you should just add some lighter highlights?
But if you’re so determined to dye your hair, go with blonde.
You have this look that just says, "You think I’m hot? …Yeah, I know I am." Blonde will match that perfectly XD
