how long would it take for a septum piercing hole to form before you can change the bar ?

i got my septum pierced yesterday and I’m really tempted to take the bar out and put a hoop in it, cos trying to hide this from my parents its scary :/ I’m scared there gunna catch me out, so have you got any idea how long ? cos i know the healing takes like [...]
