My sister is coming to Australia to get married. Where in the south of the Gold Coast is a good outdoor venue?
She is coming over here just before Christmas this year. There will only be about 15 people. I live near Currumbin and Palm Beach. She would like to be adjacent to the beach, perhaps in a secluded park. Suggestions would be very much appreciated. Thank you!
Our son got married on Couran Cove …on the surfside . Great atmosphere & venue .
We actually all went for four days & enjoyed the place together ….

A friend of a friend was married at a quiet little beach spot on the Gold Coast but I can’t remember the name.
It didn’t cost anything because the Council don’t charge a fee when you apply for a beach wedding permit.
Maybe if you were to contact a couple of celebrants and ask they should have some idea because they would have officiated at weddings all over the coast.

Pretty much anything down Currumbin, Palm Beach or Broadbeach would be nice. Sorry I do’n't know any specific parks (try looking in a refidex or talking to Gold Coast Council…)
Would she go for Byron? The lighthouse is popular for photographs…
