How Do I Tell A (Possibly Gay) Guy I Like Him?
I’m at boarding school, and there’s this guy in my dorm who is amazing! He’s so sweet and sensitive and creative and funny and good looking – everything I like! He’s three years older than me and might be gay, but how can i tell for sure? I recently had a dream where we were sitting in the reception of the school and he kissed me really passionately; does this mean anything? He acts quite gay and pretty much all of his friends are girls. I really like him and want to tell him, but he might freak out. He’s only going to be in the dorm for the rest of the term (until mid march) and after that i’ll rarely see him! Should i try and make i move, I’m really think he might be gay and that I’m not deluding myself! What should I do? There must be some love gurus out there! Please Help!
BTW (To avoid Confusion) I am a guy aswell! Thats why I’m dying inside.

Stick a hot dog or a similarly shaped object in his face and see how he reacts. If he doesn’t like it, then you can go in and admit your feelings

Maybe… you could ask a friend to tell him that they think you like him (friend THINKS you like him), and get your friend to tell you what his reaction was. And after that, act unusually normal around him (if that’s even logically possible). Something should surface.
And he may very well be gay. Hope for the best and plan for the worst, I say.

k i think u should make an impression on him first then if u think hes stilll the 1 i think u should ask him..the best time would be if u guyz have a prom or something.hope this helped

me, being an outgoing person, would ask if he was gay, and then depending on what he said I would pretend like it was a joke and ask him out or just continue like nothing ever happened. But, that wont work for everyone and I say good luck with this situation.

lmao omg the hotdog answer is halarious… but anyways, there r no greater regrets in life than the risks u didnt take. so u should tell him. 1st sit down with him nd ask him if he is attracted 2 guys…let him know he can trust u. nd then tell him hey uk i really would like 2 kno the truth bcuz u r showing these signs nd blah blah [tell him y u think he might possibly b gay] nd then say u hav feelings 4 him. IF he tells u hes not gay nd decides 2 like go right into sumthing BE careful, bcuz u might get hurt. he might use u as a lito cover up. if not then alright….good luck

The qualities of the guy are very good, which in some cases runs in the area of gay. Your dream of him could be only the feelings that you have for him showing it’s deeper emotions. I know a lot of gay guys that hang around girls and a lot more that aren’t gay but act it and hang around girls, so don’t be to concerned with that. Don’t be afraid that he’ll freak out, ask, start a conversation, study that conversation carefully for an opening to ask if you want to be careful. Most of all, don’t think you are deluding yourself, be confident, and if he is truly gay no biggie, there are other great guys to be found.
