Will I work off some fat and tone? :with this method?
OK. So I swim 3-5 days a week an hour at last with possibly more. When I swim I do four laps front stroke with out a stopping then do a lap with a kick board then proceed to alternate between breast stroke and front stroke for the rest of the period perhaps doing two or three four lap sets of front stroke. this if for about an hour in the morning then later in the day Il stretch and do squats and try some abs with a medicine ball side to side, then do cardio for around 30 minutes I’ll jog and then speed walk. I try to work out 5 each day but it’s hard to fit in with class and work. thing is I have almost zip self control when it comes to not eating what I crave and I love dinner foods. I’ll eat late at night after work around 11 and Its super hard to not eat the amount in front of me. Im thinking of shopping for healthy foods to snack on. but meh. Im 18 . between 5′6 and 5′7 and about 133. all the fat is in my boobs (im guessing since they’re like a D cup
) and thighs though. (thanks a lot grandmas on both sides.eesh) If I work out enough will get in shape though I may not be the best at dieting. at least I dont drink soda or eat fast food. i wanna be fit on the thinish side 120lb would be nice but if its muscle i don’t mind the weight.
