The Unofficial Democrat Press Office in Martinsburg a/k/a The Journal-News continues its ’slobbering love affair’ with Boss Hogg Manchin and Socialist Democrats. Seems Boss Hogg Manchin wants economy and job killing programs like Socialized Medicine and a massive energy tax with the Cap & Trade scam as much as he wants Robert Byrd’s Senate seat.

While our healthcare system is far from perfect it remains the best in the world. There are market based changes and regulation that can enhance the quality of healthcare and lower costs without Socialist Federal Overlords dictating what ‘they’ think is best for everyone else. After all when has the Government been able to get much of anything right in the last few decades?
Does either the Unofficial Democrat Press office a/k/a Journal-News or Boss Hogg Manchin bother to tell you how much your taxes will skyrocket to pay for Socialized Medicine? That won’t happen. If people knew just how much their taxes are going to rise to pay for Socialized medicine they’d vote Boss Hogg Manchin and the Socialists out.
Does either the Unofficial Democrat Press office a/k/a Journal-News or Boss Hogg Manchin bother to tell you how much of your tax dollars are going to be paying for the healthcare of illegal aliens? That won’t happen. When an illegal alien shows up in an Emergency Room you don’t honestly think the illegal alien pays the bill do you? Your tax dollars are giving illegal aliens a free ride on the healthcare system and that’s just the way Boss Hogg Manchin and Socialist Democrats want it.
Does either the Unofficial Democrat Press office a/k/a Journal-News or Boss Hogg Manchin bother to tell you how many jobs will be lost with crushing Cap and Trade energy taxes? They never will. That would make their political ideology look bad to the voting public.
Does either the Unofficial Democrat Press office a/k/a Journal-News or Boss Hogg Manchin bother to tell you how much the cost of electricity and fuel will skyrocket under Cap and Trade? Ain’t gonna happen. The Unofficial Democrat Press Office a/ka/a Journal-News and Boss Hogg Manchin won’t tell you the whole story on any issue so you can make an informed decision. They’ll report lies and propaganda to decieve people in to voting for politicians and policies that serve their interests NOT yours!
I wonder if the Union thugs in West Virginia will still be so sweet on Boss Hogg Manchin when Cap and trade kills the Coal industry and fat Union jobs that go along with it here in West Virginia.

I wonder if the Union thugs in West Virginia will still be so sweet on Boss Hogg Manchin when people can’t pay the taxes to support lazy State Union workers because the taxpayers don’t have jobs or any means to support their families much less pay the skyrocketing taxes.
Unions have destroyed every industry they have ever gotten their grubby paws in to so what makes you think Unions won’t help destroy our Government too? The Teacher’s Unions have already made the US public education system a global joke and laughingstock so what do you think the Government is going to be like with bureaucracy full of lazy, do nothing Union thugs you can’t terminate?
Hint: Look at the Steel and auto industry for some pretty solid clues as to the economic destruction labor Unions are doing to the US economy. From there it isn’t rocket science to extrapolate what Union thugs will do to Government and the taxpayers.

Actually the way things get done in West Virginia is putting a big enough..ahh ‘campaign contribution’.. in the right pockets then you can have anything you want or do anything you want to. The reality is that West Virginia politics and Politicians are about as straight as corkscrews.
Thanks to the ‘new media’, such as the Internet and Blogoshere, career political hacks like Boss Hogg Manchin can’t as easily control the formal press or citizen journalists like myself as they have in prior decades to spread their outright lies, propaganda and deceit in order to get elected. Just think, if political hacks like Boss Hogg Manchin tried to control the new media they wouldn’t have time to spread their propaganda, lies and deceit in order to keep winning, or is it stealing, elections.
If the Journal-News did its due dilligence and research on its reporting then reported ALL the actual facts without the Democrat party political spin on its articles then they just might regain some street cred. As it stands the Journal-News in Martinsburg is little more the a DeFacto press and propaganda office for the Socialist Democrat Party.
I hope the people at the Journal-News in Martinsburg are making some huge salaries for selling out America, our Freedom, Constitution and Bill of Rights. Working to destroy America ought to be worth a fat paycheck at least huh??
