With all the corruption in West Virginia politics and Government the Corruptocrats have a LOT to hide. It’s no wonder any sort of strong ethics laws in West Virginia have a ZERO chance at passage.

West Virginia Government is so ethical we are one of the poorest states in the country despite being a major coal producer….Gotta love it!!

Unbelieveable! The Animal Control Officer Donna Mc Mahan witholds information in a potenial Felony case and Sheriff LeMaster and County Prosecutor Games-Neely just blow it off? Because of incompetence by Sheriff Kenny LeMaster, Animal Control Officer Donna Mc Mahan and County Prosecutor this case will never see proper justice!! Worst yet the Animal Control Officer walked away unscathed from her gross professional incompetance and negligence in this case while the criminals get off scot-free!!
Why wasn’t the Animal Controll Officer FIRED for withholding information in a FELONY case? Why are Sheriff LeMaster and Prosecutor Games-Neely trying so hard to bury the imcompetence and likely fraud at the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Department? Is County Prosecutor Games-Neely about as straight as a pretzel, just like our 400+# Sheriff Kenny Lemaster?

This is the THIRD email I have recieved regarding Animal Control Officer Donna Mc Mahan. It’s obvous both Donna McMahan and Kenny LeMaster are both real bad news. Both should be FIRED for incompetence and FULLY investigated for fraud.
What is it going to take to get the damned Feds off thier asses and investigate the fraud and incompetence at the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Department. Don’t the taxpayers deserve better then a 400+# crook for a Sheriff and Animal Control Officer that can’t reveal ALL the facts and evidence in cases? It is OUR MONEY lining the pockets of the crooks wearing Sheriff’s badges!
I sure as hell don’t like the Sheriff’s Office handling tax collections for Berkeley County! The more money the Sheriff’s Department has their grubby paws in to the more public money is likely going to mysteriously disappear. I’d trust Sheriff Kenny LeMaster with public funds about as far as I could throw his fat 400+# ass!!
The County Tax people ought to be handling tax collections with strict audit and public disclosure requirements NOT the corrupt Sheriff’s Department and it’s crooked cronies!

this is the second time this year that Manchin has raised taxes on West Virginians. Manchin raised the unemployment compensation tax during the regular legislative session earlier this year.

The Eviro-loons don’t want us eating meat even though meat has vital proteins people need in their diets so we get to go hungry. Soy burger anyone?? YUCK!! Sorry but a meal just isn’t complete without some form of dead animal on my plate and I’m not gonna change either!
The Enviro-loons demand strict ‘Green’ homes which will make housing unaffordable for most people. Oh wait, the Enviro-loons don’t want you cutting trees down for wood to build a house; bad for the evironment don’t ya know.
Want to sleep in your car because the Enviro-loons made housing unaffordable? Forget it. The Enviro-loons don’t want you having a car to begin with; bad for the environment don’t ya know.
The Enviro-Loons want to reduce CO2 in the atmosphere which will make food more expensive and less available because the plants we depend on for our food stock DEPEND on CO2 to grow! The more Co2 in the atmosphere the more cheap food we can have.
If the Enviro-Loons get control of your bathroom then look out!! You’ll have to pay for a HAZMAT permit just to take a dump!! You’ll even up paying $2 a fart, $5 a turd, $10 a wipe and $20 a flush if the Enviro-Loons get control of our bathrooms! Think I’m joking? With the corrupt Democrat party machine here in West Virginia I suspect it’s a given Manchin will get Byrd’s Senate seat.The election for Byrd’s senate seat would just be for appearances as the outcome would be predetermined by the Democrat party bosses. You can bet on the electronic voting machines being progammed to produce the election results the Democrat Party wants. Doesn’t matter which way you’d vote as the machine has likely been preprogrammed to generate the desired election results.
Think I’m wrong? Then open up the code that runs these electronic voting nitemares and publish the code so independent programmers can vet the code for problems or tampering. It is that simple. Won’t happen though. The corrupt Democrat party machine has too much to lose in a fair and honest election.

Why couldn’t Sheriff LeMaster dispatch his Animal Control Officer to determine the final disposition of the horses involved? If the horses are dead then why can’t Sheriff LeMaster get the carcasses exhumed so the US Dept of Agriculture could determine the cause of death on these animals?
If I understand things correctly, if Sheriff Kenny LeMaster doesn’t like you personally for any reason then he won’t investigate any crime that may have been perpetrated against you? Hell of a Sheriff huh? Sleep good at nite wondering whether Sheriff LeMaster isn’t a bigger crook then the visitors in his Jail? Hell of a way to live when you have to worry more about the Sheriff then the local crooks.
I’ll forward a copy of Mr Renner’s interview on a CD to both ‘Boss Hogg’ Manchin and FBI office in Philly for any followup. Sooner or later the stench of corruption at the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office will finally bring on a long overdue Federal investigation and audit of the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office. I’ll so enjoy seeing LeMaster doing a much earned and deserved ‘perp walk’.
