I’ve been stewing on the best response to Berkeley County Clerk, John Small’s perjury in his Court filing. The first rebuttal that comes to mind is to quote Rep. Joe Wilson:

My second response is to file a suitable complaint with the appropriate Federal authorities regarding Berkeley County Clerk John Small’s deliberate perjury on an official Court Filing. HERE is a copy of the complaint I sent to the Federal authorities.

Given the rampant political corruption and cronyism that pervades the West Virginia Government I don’t expect a fair shake or hearing in any West Virginia Court. I believe the function of the West Virginia Courts these days is to protect the Corruptocrats, Bureauacracy and status quo. I honestly think West Virginia Judges are probably about as honest as West Virginia politicians; that isn’t saying a whole hell of a lot either. One bunch of Corruptocrats protecting another bunch of Corruptocrats.

I suspect I’ll have a better chance at an honest Judge and fair hearing once this case finally hits the Federal Courts. Sitting US Judges are far less likely to be corrupt political cronies then State Judges. State Judges can be prone to political pressure and corruption to exact certain legal rulings where Federal Judges are less prone to such pressure and corruption.

Ben Stein recently made the point in a column that in Obama’s corrupt America that wearing Prison Orange may end up being a badge of honor. Sadly this may be the case as Corruptocrats become increasingly desparate to hold on to their political power and control over our lives.

If the system fails us then we will resort to radicalism to continue this fight. You think Democrats are the only ones who will resort to Saul Alinsky’s tactics to win a fight? The Corruptocrats want to play ‘dirty pool’ then bring it on. I’ve never walked away from a fight in my life and I’m sure as hell not going to start now. The more corrupt the system is the more radical I’m prepared to get to expose and end political corruption.

If I have to protest butt naked at the offices AND HOMES of these Corruptocrats to generate media coverage of the the corruption here then so be it. I’m perfectly willing to go to jail for civil disobedience if that’s what it takes to expose and bring down these Corruptocrats in  Berkeley County and West Virginia!

Marla & I attended the Berkeley County Republican Club meeting tonite at Ryan’s in Martinsburg. We ended up walking out midway through the meeting. It was nothing but wall to wall Big Government NeoCons! The same kind of NeoCons that cost the Republican Party the elections in 06 and 08. The same kind of Big Government NeoCons Glenn Beck warns about! The same kind of NeoCons that mainstream America has clearly rejected at the polls.

The average age of the attendees was about 60, white and not particularly friendly at that. The Gent running the meeting is seemingly a political wannabe only capable of spouting Republican Party Talking Points’ and nothing else of substance. These people are very much out of touch elitists who put their ‘party’ and their ideology above the center-right Mainstream majority.

Starting the meeting off with a Christian invocation shows a clear contempt of the Constitution with its separation of Church and State clauses. I was left with the impression that the Berkeley County Republican Club was simply a version of the Klu Klux Klan without the bedsheets in too many ways. The only difference between the the Taliban and the Berkeley County Republican Club\WV GOP is the religous book used to beat people in to obedience and submission.

Like all NeoCons they wave the flag and Constitution to get elected then beat Lady Liberty up with a Bible every chance they get.

The only choice we have is the lesser of the evil corruptocrats these days and after what I saw at the Berkeley County Republican Club I’d work for Boss Hogg Manchin’s re-election over these Republican Klu Klux Klan wannabe’s.

Boss Hogg Manchin is a Saint in comparison to these KKK Republicans. Never thought I’d ever say this, much less even think it, but Boss Hogg Manchin doesn’t look so bad anymore. Joe Manchin, as corrupt as he is, probably has a greater understanding of the Constitution then the Berkeley County Republican Club and WV Republican Party.

I’m now seriously thinking of doing the once unthinkable and registering as an Independent and leaving the Republican Party. Like so many old school Goldwater Conservatives, I’m NOT abandoning the Republican Party,  the Republican Party has abandoned Goldwater Conservatives like myself.

Maybe it is indeed time to have the Tea Party movement form a third party. I’m increasingly in the uncomfortable position of not having ANY candidate worth voting for anymore. I won’t support NeoCon Republicans anymore then Socialist Democrats!

2010 and 2012 may be the first time in my entire life I may actually sit out an election out of disgust with the lack of decent candidates from both parties. It doesn’t say much for a nation of 300+ million people that can’t field political candidates who reflect the actual views of the center-right population.

What is it going to take to get the damned Feds off thier asses and investigate the fraud and incompetence at the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Department. Don’t the taxpayers deserve better then a 400+# crook for a Sheriff and Animal Control Officer that can’t reveal ALL the facts and evidence in cases? It is OUR MONEY lining the pockets of the crooks wearing Sheriff’s badges!
I sure as hell don’t like the Sheriff’s Office handling tax collections for Berkeley County! The more money the Sheriff’s Department has their grubby paws in to the more public money is likely going to mysteriously disappear. Why couldn’t Sheriff LeMaster dispatch his Animal Control Officer to determine the final disposition of the horses involved? If the horses are dead then why can’t Sheriff LeMaster get the carcasses exhumed so the US Dept of Agriculture could determine the cause of death on these animals?
If I understand things correctly, if Sheriff Kenny LeMaster doesn’t like you personally for any reason then he won’t investigate any crime that may have been perpetrated against you? Hell of a Sheriff huh? Sleep good at nite wondering whether Sheriff LeMaster isn’t a bigger crook then the visitors in his Jail? Hell of a way to live when you have to worry more about the Sheriff then the local crooks.

Seems the West Virginia Watchdog is working on exposing Rep Alan Mollohan’s coruption and influence peddling. I suspect they may be on to something as well.

It’s a perfect racket and because most people are sheep when it comes to their medical care its only going to get worse.
I suspect I have more of a risk of cancer from all the X rays and CT scans because of all the Cardiologists I have had to use over the years then from the 3 decades of smoking. At this point I refuse any more ‘nuclear’ testing because I have real and very valid concerns about the amount of Radiation I have been exposed to over the last few years from CT Scans and X Rays by the various Cardiologists I’ve had to deal with over the years.

Mollohan is currently under investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice for the last three years due to not reporting his income and the funneling of millions of dollars of earmarks to friends and associates.

Care to bet Mollohan not only won’t face any criminal charges but will easily buy his way to re-election? In West Virginia the more corrupt you are the better your re-election chances are. I have had more then enough of the political corruption in Government and greedy monopolist thugs at Comcast. I would like to begin some serious investigative journalism into the fraud and corruption going on here in West Virginia. I would like to get in to the faces of the corrupt politicians and greedy monopolist thugs at Comcast with a Cameraperson/Videogragher to videotape their responses while I grill them about their corruption and greed for Webcast/Broadcast.
These investigations will involve showing up at the offices AND HOMES of various public officials and Comcast Executives at different hours to get these crooks on video in an ‘ambush interview’.
I’m a one woman show here at the Grumpy Republican and this is a not for profit endeavour so the best compensation I can offer is meals and travel expenses as we travel to the various State and County Offices and homes as well as Comcast Executive’s office’s and homes.
Since these crooks are not likely to be happy about getting nailed by ‘ambush interviews’ on camera you can expect Police involvement at times as the crooks try to hide behind the cops. If I have to get arrested for civil disobedience exposing these crooks you would have to keep the camera rolling to document EVERYTHING that happens so the public can see with their own eyes just how bad and corrupt State and Local Officials truly are and just how greedy Comcast is.
Most travel will be in West Virginia with some travel to Virginia, DC and Pennsylvania. Why DC, Virginia and Pennsylvania? Real simple. Comcast Headquarters is in Pennsylvania and the West Virginia Congressional Delegation all live in wealthy DC suburbs.
James O’Keefe and Hannah Giles exposing and helping to bring down the corrupt ACORN group has inspired me. I would like to start getting these corrupt public officials and Comcast executive on tape showing their greed and corruption so we can bring them down as well. Just like James O’Keefe has done to ACORN.
While Boss Hogg Manchin, Attorney General Darrell McGraw, Public Service commissioner Michael A. Albert and he Berkeley County commission officials can ignore my blog and letters they won’t be able to ignore a camera crew recording events as I show up at their offices and homes asking question they aren’t going to want to answer.
I already record and publish any phone conversations I have with various officials and Comcast exec’s so going to Video and Webcasting\broadcasting is bringing the corruption investigation to the next level.
Even if you can’t run or don’t have a camera you can still help in this corruption investigation by digging thru various public reports and filings made by politicians and looking for any evidence of corruption and impropriety. Any information I receive from informants, who will remain anonymous, will be published.
Are you a public official that has got some dirt on a State or local politicians you can submit it to me and your ID will be protected. I have a Journalistic responsibility to protect my sources and will do so without question or fail.
Once we can clearly document the rampant corruption in West Virginia Government then maybe the Federal Authorities will get off their asses and start prosecuting these political and Comcast crooks.
I’m perfectly willing to go to jail for civil disobedience if that’s what it takes to expose the corruption of our politicians and greedy monopolist thugs at Comcast.
I need your help to make it happen.
Are you going to be one of the sheep the politicians count on to keep getting fleeced by corrupt politicians and monopolies or are you going to take a stand for honest Government and help me expose the rampant corruption here in West Virginia Government.
We, the citizens of West Virginia, can take back our Government and put honest people back in charge.
I am willing to do whatever it takes and any way I can to expose corruption in WV government.
But I’ll need your help to do it. I’ll go it alone if need be because this corruption problem has to be stopped and somebody has to rise to the challenge.

If you’re willing to stand up and work to expose the political crooks then let’s work together to bring an end to corrupt Government and get honest, competent people back in Government.
In times past the mainstream media would have been doing this kind of investigative journalism but that no longer is the case as media outlets are nothing more the propaganda machines serving the interests of the politicians and political parties.
It’s now up to us Citizen Journalists to do the serious investigative journalism to expose the political corruption the mainstram media ignores.
If we suceed in bringing down the corrupt Government officals and Comcast monopoly the people of West Virginia would likely see lower taxes, better, more responsive Government and much lower cable and Broadband rates while getting better , more reliable service.
So, are you going to be one of the sheep or are you willing to stand up and say enough is enough and help do something about the political corruption here in West Virginia? If we do nothing then the crooks win and will get more greedy and arrogant while the citizens are getting screwed.

Ya know, the idea of a Limbaugh-Palin ticket for the GOP in 2012 sounds damned good. The political establishment in the Republican Party would probably never go for such an idea however. Nowadays the GOP is run by the Christian Taliban and closet Democrats a/k/a RINO’s so while the GOP will run and likely win claiming to be Conservatives the moment they get elected they’ll worry more about their Christian Taliban agenda on Social issues rather then the real problems facing America. Here in West Virginia the Republican Party is probably as corrupt as the Democrats and can’t even field a full slate of viable candidates! The West Virginia GOP only seems interested in fielding political hacks and cronies who always lose to the corrupt Socialist Democrat Party. Makes me wonder if the WVGOP is being paid off NOT to field viable candidates to oppose the Democrat Party here. If my health was better I’d run for office as a REAL Conservative Republican. I have no problem doing a ‘Sarah Palin’ to the inept, corrupt West Virginia Party.
Ask yourself this, if you claim to be a Conservative for a smaller, less invasive Government then why in the hell do you support the Government telling you who you can or can’t marry or what women can do with their own bodies and destinies? The idea of the Government dictating anyone’s private life should run contrary to real Conservatism shouldn’t it? After all shouldn’t the Government be minding it’s own affairs instead of the private affairs of Americans?
I have said in prior posts how I believe Socialist Democrats have no real use for Democracy. Socialist Democrats are going to ram their Socialist agenda through using the regulatory process and courts to do it irregardless of what the American people really want. Want proof??

HERE is something else to get your bisuits burning. Seems Socialist Democrats are hellbent of giving illegal aliens free healthcare on our tax dollars!! The article from The Hill is HERE. If a Democrat tries to tell you they won’t give free healthcare to illegals they are flat out lying to you. Democrats may also try an amnesty for illegals to get them on our social services on your tax dollars!!
Considering most illegals are poor and illiterate they’d qualify for all sorts of welfare once they get amnesty from Congress. What will be the result of this? Social Services will be overwhelmed with applicants for benefits and as a result our taxes will skyrocket and services cut. Great arrangement for Democrats since these illegals would probably vote Democrat.
Seems ‘Boss Hogg’ Manchin has had a rare moment of lucidity. In THIS article Manchin expresses doubts about the EPA and Coal mining here in West Virginia.

“Right now, my belief is that they’re trying to kill off surface mining through regulation what they cannot get done through legislation,” Manchin said

Of course Boss Hogg Manchin still supports the Cap and Trade scam which will not only kill the coal industry in West Virginia, along with thousands of jobs, but also send the price of everything thru the roof.
Just keep in mind that no matter what Boss Hogg Manchin says now once he has Robert Byrd’s Senate seat he’s going to act in his own best interests NOT yours. Joe Manchin is a career politican and like any career politician he will say anything to get elected and hold on to power.
