If Danny Gans had heart problems would it not show on the autopsy? I wonder what on earth happened to him?

YES, it would show on the autopsy. Autopsies can show whether he actually died of a heart attack, or even just a congenital defect that had nothing to do with his death. Frequently, a heart defect that has been present since birth is only found upon death and often it isn’t what killed them (i.e. die in a car crash, find out they had a valve defect!) Just looking at the heart can show a lot, plus they often cut it open to show even more detail.
I’m out of the loop -is he even having an autopsy? Not everyone gets one, it must be ordered by the medical examiner or the family, and if neither requests it he won’t even have one.

One can only tell if it was a heart attack, not a heart problem. You need a live body to tell you that the heart is irregular.

We will just have to wait and see.

it will take 4-5 weeks for the medical examiner to reval the reason.

just wait it out

There are times people jsut died and no cause. And perhaps it is no one else’s business what he died from.
