I had a dream about my dead dog lastnight?
My dog had to be put down 3 years ago because she had cancer and it spread and was very bad. I was so depressed for so long after that. I am 15 now, so I was 12 when that happened. I grew up with that dog and I love her more than anything, even still. I still cry about her to this day when I think of her. Words can’t even describe the pain I felt when she was gone or how much I still miss her right now.

Today is her anniversary. The 5th of February. I honestly did not think about that before. The thought didn’t even dawn on me that her anniversary was coming up. I had a dream about her last night. I was sitting in my bedroom and she came in the door and got really excited to see me and I was the same. Its like, I was thinking in the dream that I knew it wasn’t real but it didn’t stop me from rubbing her and loving it. It went on for a good while. It was just me in my room with her, rubbing her and giving her attention. Then, when I woke up today, I was thinking about the dream, and I was thinking about her. The something made me think ”its February”, then something else made me think ”today is the 5th of February”… And I realised it was her 3 year anniversary.

What does this mean?
I thought it was so weird that the night I dream about her is the night of her anniversary, and you could say it was my sub-conscious taking things I have thought about and making them into a dream, but I swear to you, I hadn’t even thought of the fact her anniversary was coming up, so its weird. But what does it mean? Is it just a coincidence? I don’t think it was just a coincidence

I feel terrible for you, I lost my dog to.

The dog, is in a better place, your sub-conscious, just reminding you your dog died, which is cruel.
I think it also means you miss your dog, so your remember it in your sleep, if you think shes trying to contact you, or warn you. Keep your guard on alert, it’s probably just a dream. a Happy dream if anything.

This is not a coincidence. This is the way your brain works when you are asleep. Only this time, you happened to remember your dream; which is why it is so vivid. If you remembered her anniversary while awake, you would have forget about it moments later; because of all the distractions you experience while awake. However, since you were asleep, your brain was able to concentrate on your memories of her.

Your dog came back. Obviously not literally. So think what coming back figuratively might mean. Is she reincarnated as another dog, or as a human? She came by to let you know she’s ok. In reality the message is from the Creator to say she is ok and it wasn’t coincidence. So don’t fret about her.

There’s an underlying concern in that you mentioned how she died, that you or someone else close to you has the same health problem. So if there is any hint of things like that get attention.
