I tried everything I could think of to lose weight. I purchased books and even read them. despite my best efforts, my mess ups continued. the entire thing was fruitless, pun intended.

Personally I am of the assumption that you should actually go to approved weight loss camps if you actually need to shed pounds right. some of them doubtless aren't the most healthy things, but I'm still curious. I am sure someone out there knows the right answer. I just dont' need to hurt myself.
