This is what i've ate today so far after an unhealthy night lastnight…?
breakfast at 12:00: A blueberry bagel with some weight watchers cream cheese
snack at 2:30: Smoothie(1 cup frozen berries(fresh with no preservatives/added in sugar just straight berries), 1/2 an apple, and some 1% milk(about a 1/2 cup to1 cup)) than for lunch at probably 4:00 ill have left over mexican food from Arribas. Than ill workout at the gym for 2 hours at probably 5.. than idk what for dinner but probably at like 7:30! Im 13, 5′0” and i think 95lbs.. im trying to tone up cuz i HATE my body!! btw, the smoothie was probably about my fruit for today.
I also take a teen advantage "one a day" multi vitamin! I dont care for veggies that much either. So with that smoothie and the vitamin, i should be getting enough nutrients, right? I also am not growing much anymore as far as height the doctor said. My boobs dont hurt anymore so im guessing they stopped growing too idk?? The only thing that could grow is fat, which i dont want, or my bones, really. But not height so dont say im still growing.. thanks (:
My mom stopped growing in 6th grade, shes 4′11” ish! And her boobs were pretty much the exact same size as mine now when she stopped growing, there only biger now cuz shes over weight!

-salad with chicken breast

-two scoops of ice cream

Water is very important. Drink some with every meal. The weight will come off, but only at a rate between 1-8 pounds per week. If you’re not willing to be patient, you’re not willing to lose weight.

Need to make a circuit that will cut off power if no ground wire is detected?
I need to make a simple circuit that will make a 3V line active when the ground wire is not present. My surge protector has this ground wire detection thing so I know its possible. I just need a circuit to trip two 3V relay’s as soon as the ground wire is not detected so they can cut off the neutral and live wires.

What bat should i get?
Ok. Im 12 years old and a pretty decent baseball player and i absolutely love the game. So, i already have a easton stealth and a nike aerofuse bat. Which are both great bats. I recomend them both to anybody. Yes, I know if there both great bats why do i need another one? I really dont know i just love the game and want another one. So, my question is which bat should i get, the louisville slugger triton or the rawlings 5150. The rawlings 5150 is also known as the rawlings plasma execpt they basically just changed the name and gave it another paint job but its the same bat under the paint job.
