for those of you that missed last night's Orange Bowl game... it was a classic that not many people are gonna forget soon if you watched all of it. Penn State (#3) battling it out with Florida State (#22) for over 4 hours. even though i wanted joe paterno and Penn State to win, i had predicted that Florida State was gonna upset them at work. trying to use a little reverse psychology on myself i guess. lol. final score, Penn State 26 - Florida State 23, in triple overtime. defensively it was an awesome game. Penn State lost many of their good players due to injury and their kicker missed 2 field goals, yet somehow they willed themselves to win. Congratulations, Joe Pa for the incredible victory.
tonite is the biggest game of the century. 2 undefeated teams battling it out for the national championship. USC has won 34 consecutive wins. Texas has 19 consecutive wins. the hype has been building up for weeks now and its finally time for us to face the showdown. i'm wearing everything orange that i own, my orange Texas t-shirt, Texas ballcap, orange sports zippered sweater. 12 hours away from the biggest game of my life. thats all i'm gonna say so i better get to work so i can make this day go by quicker. have a wonderful day everyone and Hook'em Horns!!!
