is this real life or is just another dream that i'm having. this is like the 8th or 10th day that have been surviving on 2 to 4 hour sleep. i've pretty much lost count by now. lolz. i'm trying to do my job and the new dude has got some zydeco playing. everything is so surrealistic as if i'm in a movie or something. the accordian and the fiddling with the cajun vocals have a hypnotic affect on me and makes me feel as if i'm in the swamp country of louisianna. its happy music and the rythems and syncopations are really interesting to my ear. damnz i should've paid more attention during my french class in college. i'm gonna have to copy his cd... its a very refreshing kind of music from which that i've been accustomed to. lol... i'm even finding myself typing along to the beat.
last night i got off work late again and worked out a little bit. watched the american idols that i recorded for awhile then made me a late dinner. aside from getting a call from my friend in australia.. it was an uneventful night as usual. damnz my muscles ache! i havent worked out since i had gotten sick during christmas. fortunately my muscle tone still held up. with all of the weight that i had been losing i was worried that i had lost too much muscle mass. gonna have to buy some more milk an drink more protein drinks. i can't believe i've been a lazy ass for a month now. my how quickly time seems to have been passing me by. i gotta really try and get myself together soon. its like anything else.. u just got to take baby steps.
