well it was a hectic day at work. we finally have 2 new temps in my department which hopefully will ease some of the workload. one temp is an inspector but the othe one is more like a secretary. i spent most of the day getting 3 computers up and running for the new employees. my boss brought a pc that wasnt working for me to fix. he had been struggling with trying to fix it himself for the past 6 months (its his personal home pc) and brought it to work under the pretense that after i fix it, we were gonna let one of the new ppl use it. well that never happened. after replacing the power supply, memory module, and formating the hard disk, i finally got the pc running well enough that my boss decided he changed his mind and was gonna take it home after all. pretty slick trick huh? getting ur pc fixed on company time. anyways he decides to buy 2 really old p3-933's without operating systems for the new employees. so i spent a good part of the day re-installing xp pro on those 2 pc's and setting them up for our network.i don't mind doing shiet like this but it takes away from time for me doing my current job. i am so backed up right now and the regional manager is coming tomorrow and is gonna think that we haven't been doing a good job trying to get caught up.

 anyways enough with work. i get a call from my old homeboy frankie on the way home after work. its a nice surprise cause i haven't seen his ass for 1 1/2 months since he quit. everytime we plan on hooking up and doing something it kinda falls thru the cracks cause our schedules are so different. so he asks if i wanna meet him at a mexican cantina cause he's gonna buy. i said coo and make a u-turn to the other side of town. we order our foods and i ordered a big-ass glass of margarita. man i've been clean for about 2 months now. i mean no smokin or alcohol. after drinking that glass i was pretty drunk as hell. i mean they loaded it up wit alot of tequila! aight after eating we were chillin and so he finally told me his laptop crashed and if i would mind looking at it. hahaha.. pretty slick. lolz. aight cool cause he did buy me dinner. oh wells.. it was still nice seeing him again. we used to have some wild old times. anyways i told him to swing by the crib tomorrow and pick it up. i shouldnt have opened my mouth so soon cause right now i've got a pretty good buzz and really need to take a nap. oh wells... guess i'll wake up at 3 AM and see if i can knock it out for him.
