looks like they really changed up the format for theblogs. i'm so used to the old one so am finding it a little difficult to maneuver around. this past week i haven't been doing much, just been out eating too much. i like the way i said i was gonna bring my lunch to work lasted a whole 2 weeks. lolz. went out to eat 3 times this week.... and they were all chinese foods. discovered a new restaurant that had buffet which included sushi (not real sushi but its better than nothing). i basically have been stuffing myself until i literally couldn't walk. lolz. the weather still has been wet and cold so i couldnt go to the gym and ended up gaining 8 lbs. bleh.. i gotta keep my eye on my weight cause i dont wanna go over my ideal weight.
lolz.. i guess this entry is gonna be all about me. i got tired of the blond so colored hair black and cant really get used to the change. haven't been black hair in like 5 years. all the people i work with was giving me hell cause they were so used to seeing me blond. hahaha. i can't stand the color so gotta wait at least a week and may go back to another color again. black just looks weird on me.
i can't believe american idol has been on but i haven't watched it since 2 weeks ago. i have been taping every episode but haven't really been that interested in it this year. i took a look at the final 20 something but noticed they didnt have any asians in it this year.
i watched a cool dvd last nite called "the omega man" that i thought was pretty good for a cheesy old movie. it was made in like the early 70's with charlton heston in it. i remembered seeing it a long time ago but forgot most of it but remembered what an impression it had left on me. its a post apocalyptic film dealing with the aftermath of biological warfare. everyone was killed except for a scientist who used a an anti-virus serum on himself, and a few hundred infected survivors that were albino looking psychopaths. he spends most of the movie playing cat and mouse with the survivors all the while being holed up in a 3 story townhouse. later he finds a band of un-infected teens and kids. one of them were infected so he tries to use his blood as a serum to cure him. the cured kid then wants him to cure the infected albino psychopaths. the infected albino psychopath later proceeds to kill the kid but the kids sister suddenly turns into an infected albino psychopath. she was the one the "omega man" was having an affair with. the "omega man" then tries to rescue her but in the end winds up getting speared in the chest. he clutches the last remaining bottle of serum and as the rest of the un-infected band of kids comes for him.. he says to help the infected girl with his last breath and dies.
the movie was interesting in its concept. u gotta look past the cheesy acting and special affects.. after all it was filmed over 30 years ago. just the idea of holing up somewhere and being surrounded by infected albino psychopaths was pretty cool. as i reveal more of my dreams u will see a pattern and thats why i'm interested in anything that deals with similar themes.
