I Have a Tendency to Make Myself Laugh

I must start out this post by saying that I am quite troubled by a few of the comments posted yesterday. I’m sorry if I have been lacking in anyway with my writing. But last time I checked I’m not getting paid to entertain you. Thelast time I gave you all the burden of writing something to entertain me… you failed miserably… in fact only one of you responded and this was all I got: “Okay... So are fake nails of the devil? I heard someone saying one day that if you get them done for like three times in a row your soul goes straight to the devil. I have to get my nails done for work! What do I do, where do I go from here?” So before you all go off telling me that I’m losing my touch think to yourself, “Could I write something entertaining everyday?” Of course no! I mean if my sole purpose was to entertain you then I would come up with stupid poems everyday about different people. I would write stories involving situation that I know would make you laugh, but that would take this blog from Lindsey’s online journal to being any sort of publication that you could purchase at a grocery store. If you have learned anything from this blog it should be that I didn’t write this with the specific desire to entertain you! I started this blog it to see if I would keep it up. And I have been. As for the poster (I will of course not mention any names… but you can look for yourself) that called out my many blog posts he (or she… but probably he) was disappointed by my recent posts all I can say is I can only write entertaining material if my life is entertaining. It’s not my fault that my posts have been dry. If you want to blame anyone blame God. He’s the one who guides my life. So next time you decide to criticize my blog think about whom you are really condemning. Linz
