I Have a Tendency to Make Myself Laugh

I was half way through writing my weekend update but I had to stop… there has been something that has been bothering me lately. Two things: some people don’t learn from other people’s mistakes. And people don’t realize that the things done in the dark will be brought to light. I hate it when people don’t practice what they preach. They say that they aren’t interested in a relationship at all but behind close doors they are talking to as many people from the opposite sex as they can. You can recognize these people by their fruit. If they say they don’t like something but then always talk about it then you know that their words are deceptive. These people also don’t know how to live their own lives. They are so caught up in other peoples business. Spying and eaves dropping leaves them with this false sense of security that they somehow have control over the situation. I’m sure that people like this do feel remorse and sorrow for their obsessions but if that remorse doesn’t lead to change then their shame is in vain. Most of you have no clue what I’m talking about. But this one hits close to home. There’s been so many people I know who have lived things in the dark for so long that eventually the façade comes crashing down around them. Whether you think this post is about you or not you should examine your life. Is there something there that you are hiding? Is there something that you obsess over that isn’t of God? If either of those things holds true to you then you need to know that someday God will bring it to life. God is a good God and He loves you but if you are hiding things He wants out of you; He will reveal them so that you will get rid of it completely. I love ya’ll and did not intend to write a post like this today… but well… it needed to be said. If this post was too boring for you then (in the immortal words of Shashley Walker) “Get over it”. I understand what you mean. I know I'm not perfect, but it bothers me too. It was actually a very nice post.
