So I enjoy reading other peoples blogs in this site. Not only does it entertain me but it is also a source of inspiration for my own entries. Also if you are a smart blogger you build relationships with the other bloggers by commenting on their blogs. Then they comment on yours thus making your blog (as well as theirs) more popular.
