Crappy day.
Another long day. Had to get my tire fixed. It's amazing. I have spent more money in the past week on my car than I would on 2 months rent. How hysterical is that. Actually I had to get a new tire. Stupid nail. The best part: I paid $60 more for the tire than I did when I first bought it. HAHA! So I had to just bend over and take it like a champ. Not so happy about having to pay the money, as you can tell. I heard from a girl that I went to high school with. I thought that she would hate me still or something. We didn't exactly get along the best. She was really nice and sweet. It just goes to show you that old stuff is forgotten once the real world has hit you in the face. She is married also. They seem to be happy. She wished me and my husband well. I am glad for that. I miss my husband so much. It sucks having to go to bed alone at night know that your best friend and lover is 8000 miles away fighting to defend our way of life. It's a pretty amazing thought if you really think about it. Someone is laying their life on the line so that others may have a better life. Not many people can say that they have done that. My husband is a hero. He is my hero. And I love him so much. May God protect him and bring him home safely. |
