Merry *Bleep*in' Christmas
Talk about a crappy Christmas. My husband got online yesterday for a couple of minutes, got my parents home phone, and said he would call me today. Did he? Nope. Talk about a crappy Christmas. Ba, Humbug. |

| As an Army wife myself I know how you feel right now...my husband has been deployed twice...once right before our first christmas together( we weren't married yet)... this last time he's been gone for our anniversary and christmas yet again...yeah it sucks and it's hard not to be mad at him, the Army, and the world...but you got to realize this is his job!!!!! He took a vow to the Army just like he took a vow to you... I know right now you're like "whatever" but in time you'll see that your not the only one without their husband. Thier our too many families that are "incomplete" this holiday season...This is the life of an ARMY WIFE...just be thankful for the times you do get to talk to him...and that he's SAFE...he's over there for a reason...never forget what he's fighting for and that you should be proud of him...don't get me wrong it's hard and it's okay to cry and be upset...but you can't spend his whole deployment being mad at the world!!! I wish you the best of luck and I'll say a prayer for you and your husband...just a few thoughts from A VERY PROUD ARMY WIFE WHO'S PROUD OF EVERYTHING HER SOLDIER IS DOING...THE ARMY BROUGHT HIM TO TEXAS...SO WE COULD MET...AND IF THEY NEED TO BORROW HIM FOR A YEAR...WHO AM I TO SAY NO...I'LL FOREVER BE GREATFUL TO ALL THOSE WHO SERVE...PAST, PRESENT,FUTURE...oh yeah if you haven't heard "Soldiers Wife" by Roxie Dean, I'd take time out to listen to it...it's country, been out for awhile but it's great...check it out...God Bless and Take Care |
