Everyone wants housing to be more affordable for Florida's workforce
but agreement is elusive on how to accomplish that goal. Two South
Florida brothers say a nice, simple way works best, and suggest that
developers be required to invest money in a nonprofit corporation
that uses the funds to help with downpayments.
