Real estate stocks lost their market dominance this summer due to rising
interest rates and peaking home prices. The real estate development group
fell to the No. 175 spot from sixth place in terms of price performance
over the past six months. Meanwhile, residential and commercial builders
dropped to No. 187 from their 11th-place ranking during the same period.
