Step 1: You should initially start with the situation analysis, which researches your existing communication environment. You should review the performances of all communications and identify the opportunities, strengths and weaknesses and threats. After this you should recollect your past experiences and learned exercises, so that you may not repeat the same mistakes. Step 2: You should list the top three objectives of your project. You should inform the stake holders about the progress of the project and boost the management to the team productivity Step3: You should set the guidelines for controlling communication with in the project. Step 4: You should define exactly who is it that your team communicates. Formal communication may control the messages sent out by your team. This promotes consistent view about your project. Step5: The project sponsor should be informed about the priority of the risk and issues. The quality reviewer should be notified about the progress of the project. Step 6: You should list the messages to be sent to each stake holder. These messages are key messages .They may include project status issues, risks and deliverables. Step 7: You should find a media to deliver these key massages to the stake holder. Step 8: You should make a communication schedule to deliver the right messages to the right person at the right time. Step 9: You should define the purpose of every event in your schedule. You should plan how the event should take place. Step 10: After listing the events, you should identify a person to manage them and review them. If you follow the above 10 steps, your plan will be definitely approved by your manager. You can improve your communications by implementing feedback measures with in your team.
