From Satellite TV News...Happy Valley City Council have approved FiOS TV to offer FiOS TV service, delivered over the most advanced fiber-optic network straight to customers' homes. Portland have a stiff competition between Comcast and Verizon and now The Happy Valley City Council voting towards granting approval to Verizon last week have an edge over Comcast.
