anyone uber good at chem??

hey, i have a chemistry question, and i asked my dr but she said she wasnt all that good at organic compounds when she was in school, lol, i guess thats why she went into family practice not a lab.
anyway, what is the diff between speed which is C9 H13 N
                                           and Effexor XR (venlafaxine) C17 H27 N O2

I mean, they have basically the same chemical compounds, just different amounts... so if i took speed why would it kill me?? I mean, my body is already used to much larger doses of the chemicals, so why would it hurt me or even kill me if i were to take speed??

POOF told me to talk to a pharmasist, I decided blogging the question was better, cuz pharmasists could have sucked at organic chem too!
also, ive heard that Effexor XR is as addictive as Speed!

also, anyone who knows risks/benefits please post them too.  I would appreciate it.
